Health Test Result Finder

Any German Shepherd used for breeding, dog or bitch, should have a hip score and for animals born after 1st January 2010 they should also have an elbow scoring.
For more reassurance they should have a Breed Survey
Because there are unscrupulous breeders who will make false claims about health tests you can confirm the validity of any health test result on the Kennel Clubs Online Services website.

This tool will allow you to search for any health results for a dog which is registered on the Kennel Club’s Breed Register either by its registered name or registration number (or stud book number).

It will display any screening results received and recorded by the Kennel Club from a British Veterinary Association/Kennel Club (BVA/KC) health scheme or an official Kennel Club DNA testing scheme

What the site will not confirm is the results of hips and elbows tests of dogs tested outside of the UK and the Kennel Clubs own schemes. You can confirm most hip results by searching for the dogs name on
